We even saw a rainbow over the lake while relaxing in the hot tub! Staff were lovely, the food was great, and the whole place felt like a luxury retreat. Rain or shine, Low Wood Spa is a dream. "Event I was attending was at the football club so this was the logical choice. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Needed a dog friendly place to stay. The rooms were but we were not allowed in the bar with our dog. I can understand dogs not being allowed in the restaurant, and support that, but you could have allowed dogs in the seated other area next to the bar. room with ensuite which was perfect for us 2 adults with 2 children. Lukas was amazing couldn't do enough for us, lovely breakfast (which we requested last minute and he was only happy to accommodate us!) Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Willing House."
