What an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly and extremely accommodating. I felt like I was staying with family. The room was wonderful - very clean, spacious enough (even with 3 of us sharing one room). The breakfast was so delicious and the restaurant is obviously a favorite of locals - it was always packed at dinner time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and it's just 30 minutes from the Zurich airport.

Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
