Trafo Hotel is located in city, but not at all hard to locate. No street parking areas. Parking garage is located underground, not hard to park. (25 CH) Very interesting hotel that used to be a manufacturing facility. Has large entry convention hall as you walk in. Very modern, clean, well decorated. Room was lovely, modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to small old town area and river. AC, Some English TV. We just stayed there because it was a convenient stop for us so we ate dinner at a local restaurant, walked the old town and enjoyed the room for the evening. Had a wonderful breakfast, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, smoked salmon, etc. Very nice!

Good conference hotel

There for a conference. Did the job. Would have liked more info from reception at check in. Big plus with rooms is good lighting, lots of points for charging, provided a spare card to keep electricity on so things charged whilst out. I did make sure I did not misuse this and that lights were turned off.

The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had anywhere—cold cuts, 3 kinds of bread, smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, chees, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus cereals, pancakes and coffees and fruit juice. Trafo is easy walking distance from the railway station. My only complaint was a lack of USB ports in the room. I had to borrow an adapter from the front desk, and it took forever the recharge the battery. Not fancy, but excellent service. I would stay again.

Obwohl wir zur zweit kam, hatte wir alles nur eins gekriegt: ein Bettdecke eine Kissen ein Badetuch- Handtuch. Wir müssten zwei mal daran bitte zu bekommen . Am Tag - wurde unseren Zimmer auch nicht gesäubert obwohl wir haben an die Türe den Anweisung mit dem Tür Zettel angebracht hat. Also schon speziell.

Es war etwas schwieriger den Eingang zu finden aber ansonsten kann man nichts schlechtes sagen! Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Einzig ein kleiner Kühlschrank würde noch fehlen und eine Ablage für Shampoo in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl an diversem Essen. Ich kann es empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder das Trafo Hotel buchen.
