Great hotel for families! The waterpark was so much fun and my kids probably did 40 flights of stairs total to go down the slides. Great way to wear them out and get a good nights rest! The breakfast was also wonderful with real plates and silverware. Nice touches everywhere. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful. I was amazed how they kept the towels stocked with the amount of people using the waterpark but they did! Great stay and we will be back! I do wonder about security though....

Check-in was easy and efficient. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and the air conditioner worked well. I appreciated the call from management asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the Jerome Comfort Inn & Suites.

The staff were AMAZING and so very sweet. They upgraded us and the room was awesome! We were in town unexpectedly and needed a comfortable, safe place for the night and this Best Western exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Perfect to get a jump start our road trip. Close to freeway. Easy off and on. Clean. Good beds.

We traveled from PA to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, making our way to Boise. Our stop and stay here in Twin Falls at Fairfield Inn was very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast had great choices and food was excellent. Staff so friendly.

Great service! They were having trouble with the room key system so they took us to our room and let us in every time we needed to get back in our room.

Was absolutely delightful

Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Older quaint motel but high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Limited availability of accessible rooms so book early. Very quiet despite having neighbors in this one story room 33. Back-in and unloading was easy and convenient. Loved the little town and beautiful agricultural setting of Buhl, ID. Close to good food and Magic Valley Brewing as well as Twin Falls. Would have loved to explore the area but wasn’t the focus of this trip.
