The room that I was put in was very dated. It was clean, which was a bonus. I noticed that the exterior door at building B didn’t lock after 10 PM or I went out at 6:30 AM and it still wasn’t locked. I brought it to the front desk attention and she wasn’t too concerned. With everything that it had happened in Twin Falls in the last few weeks I was concerned.

Our stay was good but however when tried to take a shower the hot water would come and go but then there was absolutely no hot water.. Breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and respectful, hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets wouldn’t work. I would stay there again but hopefully there will be hot water.

The property and hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The room had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast had a really great variety, including Belgian waffles, biscuits with gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt, and a variety of breads and cereal, too. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Even though we didn't visit the pool or hot tub, we could see it was clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location, with many stores and restaurants nearby. You're not far from attractions like old main street and Shoshone Falls. We had a great experience.
