We arrived at 2 and were told that checkin would not start until 3. We waited outside but quickly noticed others were being checked in and given rooms. I went back in and asked if check had started and was rudely asked "do you have a reservation" like she didn't recognize me from 5 minuted before. The front desk attendant was curt and did not make eye contact during check in. Subsequent contact with her during out stay was the same. She was unfriendly, not making eye contact and unpleasant. Our room was clean and in good working order except for the shower head had a buildup of mold/hard water scaling on it. I did not try the breakfast. The hot tub and pool area were clean and tidy. The property is conveniently located near resatuarants and shopping.

This is a place to sleep with a great location close to shopping and close to running trails. The hot tub is hot, but no jets. Not the cleanest hotel, but I would stay again.

The room that I was put in was very dated. It was clean, which was a bonus. I noticed that the exterior door at building B didn’t lock after 10 PM or I went out at 6:30 AM and it still wasn’t locked. I brought it to the front desk attention and she wasn’t too concerned. With everything that it had happened in Twin Falls in the last few weeks I was concerned.

Our stay was good but however when tried to take a shower the hot water would come and go but then there was absolutely no hot water.. Breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and respectful, hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets wouldn’t work. I would stay there again but hopefully there will be hot water.

One night stay - king bed on ground floor. Hotel is in good condition, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only problem was a dead light bulb which I exchanged at the front desk. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, and the usual fare. No problems with staff.
