While simple and modest appearing from the outside, this motel was excellent. Nice clean, updated room and friendly staff made fir a great stay.

Room is always clean. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Parking is easy and usually decent spots near the front. There’s plenty of dinner options nearby so that’s great. I’ve been coming back to this hotel a lot bc it’s my halfway point while traveling with a baby. Very convenient.

While there is not a ton of activity around this hotel, the people of the town and the beauty of the scenery make it worth the stay!!

Very nice place just off the highway and easy access to attractions and downtown. Was surprised with the decent breakfast offerings. The room was very well kept and the shower was nice. Would stay here again if I ever came back to the area!

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Lots of construction going on but didn't interfere with a relaxing stay. Shower was nice but hard to prevent water from getting on bathroom floor. Design flaw maybe. We had the optional restaurant breakfast and was worth it. Our server was amazing and over the top attentive, in a good way. Overall, really enjoyed our experience. Thanks to all who were involved.

When I saw the peeling paint outside, I was bracing myself for disappointment ... But, inside, it became obvious that this hotel is being meticulously and skillfully renovated. The hallway and room were pristine, quiet, and comfortable. Would happily stay again!

The cabin itself was a little run down and obviously needed work inside, but the situation right on the lake was beautiful.
