The staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior of the motel was freshly painted. The interior of the room was clean but smelled old/cigarette. The bedspread was dirty and sheet were old ans see-through.

This was our second stay here and we were very satisfied again. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only con is that the heater is very loud so sensitive sleepers should consider ear plugs. The location is close to gas stations, Tim Hortons, LCBO and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and will book here again.

I stayed here because it was a cheaper spot in Sudbury for a short stay. The man at the front desk was super kind and welcoming. I wasn't expecting much based off thr price alone but was still a little disappointed. I booked this room specifically for the bathtub which was unfortunately pretty dirty. They were dead bugs and little black pieces all over it. I tried to clean it out and when I turned on the water more black pieces came out so I didn't feel comfortable using it. I also paid the 15 dollar fee for an additional person to stay and we were given one mini bottle of shampoo and 1 bottle of lotion. I'm not really sure what the 15 dollars went towards. The bed was incredible hard but the pillows were okay. One was more soft and the other more firm. There were also AC/heaters in the room which worked well but were very loud to the point it woke me up when it was turned on. I ended up just turning it off but the room got cold quickly. Location was good though as you can park outside of your room, Tim hortens and food options were also close by. For the price it was okay but wish it would have been clean at least.

We had a great experience staying here. The room and bathroom were spotless. The water in the shower was hot and had excellent pressure. Lots of towels and cloths were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so good, we didnt even use our own pillows. The wifi signal was great as well. Cable TV was provided, no Smart TV so if you want to use streaming apps, you need to bring something. We had an excellent stay here and are planning to stay again in April.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, the room was generally clean and comfortable. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower that housekeeping had missed taking away, and there was only a partially used roll of toilet paper with no spare, so could have been a bit more attention to detail. But I would stay here again.

Very good accommodations although the pillows were hard. Kind of wondered what we were getting ourselves into when we first drove up to it. The property and surrounding areas looked old and unsafe but room was very nice. And area ended up being safe. It’s just located in an older town. (Lively)

It's not a fancy motel -- and the exterior is a bit run down. But it is clean and safe, comfortable and relatively quiet. I like being able to park at the door, and the wifi signal is strong. Best of all, the owner is extremely pleasant and helpful. Recommended for anyone who likes a basic motel that has everything you need.

The property is under some renovations which is great. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It was a great stay for an overnight on our way home. Would definitely stay again!
