The property was really cute. Very fun and lots to do. Bed was a bit hard, but the rest was good.

This charming motel is clean, convenient and charming. The owners are delightful and welcoming. They are also willing to help you with information about the surrounding area.

One of the best decisions was made staying here. Close to everything (we walked everywhere for food and seeing the town sights). Clean, cute and the management was great. I would highly recommend it anytime you are close.

Bed was very big and comfortable. Also very quiet here. Breakfast had good options and they kept it well stocked.

The room was perfect for 2…spotless!! Location was convenient…convenience stores with casinos very close!!! Quiet. Pool was nice…hot tub was perfect! Would def stay again…reasonably priced.

The young man at the front desk was extremely personable, helpful, friendly and very hospitable. His smile and morning hello’s were a great start to each day!

Loved our stay at the Roosevelt Inn as the property has a great and unique character. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions and only about a ten minute drive to Mount Rushmore. 100% would stay here again.

The property is located within a 3 min drive to Mt Rushmore. There is a buffett brkfast that is actually good, waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, milk and juice. It was a great start. There is a Sprockets within walking distance that provided beer and pizza, arcade games and entertainment. Great because it was open in the winter. A shopping area right down the road, but be prepared they close in the off season Dec to April or May. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the woodwork and natural native...

The Lantern Inn is not a big chain hotel, which is part of its charm. Nestled in the Black Hills, the views from our balcony were breathtaking! The hotel is located near the end of the town... quiet, but still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, with a nice bench outside our door on the balcony to take in the scenery... but the best thing about this place is the staff. Family-owned, I assume, this hotel has the nicest, most genuinely friendly front desk...

This is the 2nd time i stayed her and it was lovely. The couple that owns it are very friendly. The breakfast area was very cozy.

First of all, we stayed in one of the "executive lodges" so our experience may be slightly different than if we stayed in one of the standard rooms in the main lodge. However, we had an absolutely awesome time. The cabin was big, well appointed, and super comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms had very comfortable beds, but there was so much to do and we were so exhausted that we probably could have slept on the floor and been comfortable. I love everything about this property. The lobby smelled wonderful, the lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. The property is very clean and modern. I think it’s a brand new building. My room was fantastic, very spacious and even had a comfortable sofa with a foot rest. I would definitely stay here again. I am very happy with my stay.
