"There were no brochures in the lobby or in the rooms about the layout of the property or a menu for the restaurant. There were no brochures in the lobby or rooms for Grand Canyon or other places to visit in the area or nearby restaurants. The property is VERY dark at night and the building numbers were hard to find. The hotel buildings need much better outdoor lighting. There was not a central covered walkway to go from the separate buildings to the main building for meals, gift shop, check in/check out. I did not use the indoor pool or hot tub because I would have had to go out into the cold to get from the separate building to my hotel room. It's not ideal."

"Fantastic hotel. Definetely recommend to those visiting the G Canyon, Meteor Crater or Petrified Forest. We stayed during weekday and the price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the hotel, especially including a very nice breakfast!!!! The room was large, clean, and new. Very beauriful and luxurious feel in the lobby and the guest room (especially the beautiful and spacious bathroom) Kudos to the Navajo nation. You have built a first-class resort."

"Overall this is a great place to stay for a night or two! The lobby bar was really nice and had an excellent espresso martini & live band. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The only downside was that there were tons of families with young children running around/screaming throughout the entire evening and into the night in the main courtyard area. I unfortunately also had a severe allergic reaction to the bedding my room and was unable to spend the complete night and left. I would say if you were traveling with family or friends, it's great. If you are planning a romantic weekend or quiet, it's probably not ideal."

"Best place to stay if going to Grand canyon. The staff is incredible and very knowledgeable. Easy in and out of park. You park and can walk to all near by restaurants. I cant give this place enough stars. We stayed in Hotel section (which is no pets) the motel section allows pets. Make this a top choice when deciding."

"Stayed here the night before my hand surgery at Flagstaff Bone and Joint. Nice big updated room, clean, microwave, fridge. Super close to the surgery center. There was fresh baked cookies when we checked in. Great place, definitely worth what we paid. Parking was a little tight, but not bad. Will stay here again when in Flag!!"

"The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The best part of the stay are the views of the property. Sitting at the top of Lake Powell, it is quite stunning. With cooler temps, we also enjoyed the fire pit in the evening."
