"The bedroom was not very well maintained, and there were visible signs of damage in the bathroom. Even though the room may have been technically clean, it did not feel or look clean because of the condition and overall appearance of the space. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to move around in, especially when trying to get in and out. Another issue was the lack of a bathroom fan, which caused the humidity and moisture to stay trapped in the room for a long time after showering, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel seems like it could use renovations and better maintenance to improve the comfort and quality of the guest experience."

"Overall I highly recommend for its location to Grand Canyon park entrance, and conveniences the hotel offers. Had indoor and outdoor pools, nice outdoor bar and lawn game area ( however the bar was never open for us since it didn’t open until June for peak season - that was a downside). Indoor bar and restaurants were very good, service was great and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times."

"Beware-we booked a Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed Street Level--thinking street level equated to the level of the main entrance. In fact - it was a lower level/basement room. Front desk refused to move us because our reservation stated 'Street Level'. The staff in multiple areas was totally inhospitable - and perhaps not properly trained. The Fred Harvey hospitality - was definitely not experienced during our entire stay."
