This property and the Staff are amazing. They deserve every award and it was truly an incredible stay. We have had the opportunity to travel the world and have stayed in many 5 star hotels…I would rate The Laurel as one of those experiences. If you have the opportunity to be in Auburn it is a MUST. Absolutely loved our stay!

The hotel is easy to find and parking is great. The hotel staff from check in to housekeeping was superb! I received the Marriott service plus 10. Scott was the best and he provided my great service with a smile!

I booked through Expedia and they (Expedia) misrepresented the accommodations. The information about the room and the email confirmation I received stated that the room would have 2 queen beds and a fold-out couch. When we arrived late in the evening we discovered there was no fold-out couch. My daughter's boyfriend was with us and thus, had nowhere to sleep. This is my first time leaving a review. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk made me feel like I was home! No joke. I even told my mom about it. She was so warm and inviting and made it seem like we had known each other forever. The hotel has this cool robot called Tigerbot. It’s so cool to watch how it delivers items to your door that you requested and how it goes back to its home base on the first floor. As always, the room was clean and the pool was enjoyable. Wonderful facility!! This is a very clean, modern, technologically current motel The staff is very professional, friendly, and accomodating. They offer a complimentary breakfast that represents a wide variety of healthy foods. The food presentation is organized and very clean.

Friendliest staff ever. Everyone. After finding out his brother had just died, Jessica at front desk gave my husband a handwritten note and snack bag the next time she saw him. Her kindness really touched him. Will definitely stay there again.
