The Golden Queen greatly exceeded my expectations for such a reasonable price. It was a beautiful room with two floors and a large tub. The staff was very helpful. They helped me find a rental car last minute. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great modern hotel in the middle of old town,next to the royal castle.Very quiet with great breakfast.Little pricy but highly recommended.

I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back.

This excellent attic apartment features two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished. Each room has air conditioning with a heating function. The owner has taken care of all the little details to ensure guests have a pleasant stay (tea, spices, ironing board, board games, etc.). Great value for money. Would definetely stay there again.

the breakfast is good, and the staff was very nice and helpful, after i arrived late in the evening I was allowed to park in front of the hotel, very nice of her.

Stayed two nights. The room was very clean, quiet and affordable. All hotel staff, including those at the front desk and the restaurant, were very friendly and conversational. A+ accommodations.

If you need an amazing hotel for a night before your flight, this is the place! Modern looking rooms, spatious, awesome! Also, the dinner was amazing: you could enjoy Polish dishes with a great chef touch -- simply delicious! And breakfest was very tasty too (free, included with the price) -- great selection.

Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.

The staff were great. Very polite and always helpful. The gym is perfect for keeping up with your workouts. The rooms are super clean along with the rest of the property.

The management and staff at Hotel Copernicus are superb. They are skilled, friendly and eager to help all guests. I felt particularly welcomed, because they all remembered me from my stay there last year. Their friendliness is genuine and heartwarming.

Big disappointment of reception staff about the trip to salt mine booked at reception. No one at the hotel did not turn our attention to the tickets was at reception and payment therefore, also the driver didn't ask for tickets or any ID. At the mine a reddish girl represented as the company guide asked us to pay 300 pln each couple - so we did! Absolutely the One of the Best Experiences! Very friendly, comfortable and enjoyable places to stay! Excellent customer service from when you walk into the lobby and when you leave. I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before.
