White County Hotels

We had a very nice time. All staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was airy, large. The beds were good. One problem we had in our room (maybe not in the other rooms) was there was no bathroom fan, making for a steamy bathroom. Behind the hotel on the absolutely beautiful grounds, was a large pond with wildfowl. We walked to the Wabash several times, which is about a quarter mile from the hotel. The inn was very conveniently located to the town and to the visitor's center.

We had an excellent one night stay in this clean, family-run hotel. The room was great and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I like that the refrigerator is much larger instead of those tiny ones that freeze all of your food. Thanks!!

Good stay quiet.

It is an older property, so it looks a bit dated/worn on the outside. But, the rooms have been remodeled with tile and vinyl floors (no nasty carpet, yay!) and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and flat screen TV (with DirectTV) all appeared fairly new and all were in good working order. Free breakfast is what used to be called "continental" and included coffee, tea, juice (apple & orange), variety of cereals, bagels & toast, apples, oranges, granola bars,...

Beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the hotel staff could not have been anymore pleasant. If I had one thing to change it would be breakfast. The location is wonderful and is close to just about any store you would need. Pool area was clean, pool was clean.
