I booked an accessible room online, due to being in a wheelchair. I have a service dog and was required to put a refundable deposit for bringing him, and since he is not a pet, I believe that is illegal, firstly. I got back the deposit, but they put me in a nonaccessible room because of my service dog. I was unable to use the restroom in the room and was required to use the lobby restroom. They gave me no reason for changing the room until after I checked out, which was that the handicap accessible room does not allow pets. My dog is NOT A PET! I'm absolutely POSITIVE that other people bringing service dogs cannot be given an inaccessible room. They offered no discount or refund, even after I asked about it. Severely disappointed and will absolutely NOT stay again.
