Ibi District Hotels

Fantastic breakfast, kind staff, clean properties. I will come back next time!

On a recent family trip to Japan, we stopped in Gifu to see the cormorant fishing (a fascinating and enjoyable experience), and had the good fortune to spend a night at the Juhachiro. It was a fantastic experience. The location was great -- an easy bus ride from the train station, right at the dock where the fishing and spectator boats leave from, in an area of town with a number of interesting traditional shops and restaurants. Our room was a large, extremely tastefully decorated Japanese...

This hotel offers an exceptional opportunity for non-monastics to explore the Eiheiji Temple nearby in comfort. The building is new and well designed, and the breakfast and dinner are exquisite vegetarian offerings from the former Temple Chef. The staff are kind and hospitable, and well organized in facilitating Temple visits.

Love these properties. They all are the same so you know what you get. The beds are soooo comfy! There is good coffee, tea, and miso soup packet 24 hours a day. It was extremely clean. My only thing I didnt like is they lock the AC at 23 and it was so warm i couldn’t sleep. The next day they unlocked it for me and i slept perfectly. Staff was very polite. Wifi worked well, shower pressure was great. They also have breakfast set deals at a nearby restaurant , but i saw it too late to use it.

Clean. Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice room

My one night here became 3 nights. Judo is the most amazing person in Nagahama. He is very helpful and accommodating even though he was busy helping out with the festival. The property is well maintained, quaint and the area is very quiet at night. That’s when it turns magical. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

ROOM WAS LARGE AND COMFORTABLE

Fantastic stay in this onsen style ryokan. Had a wonderful private onsen in our room, overlooking the river and the lake beyond. Can’t ask for a more perfect experience. Waking up early to soak in our private room onsen before dressing and heading down for the Japanese style breakfast included.

Clean room and friendly staff

朝食が良かった

Indeed a relaxing place to stay

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal. 100 out of 10

It is a lovely property that includes a tasty breakfast, has an on site onsen, tokens for soft drinks or beer, coffee and a wonderful staff who are very friendly and helpful! It is next to a Genky store and a Lawson, restaurants within walking distance and well as Kita-Sabae train station. We have stayed their 5 times and would recommend the Route Inn in Sabae!
