No one needs to speak other languages if they’re fluent in technology. I don’t speak Japanese, and I guess a lot of the staff there don’t speak English — which is understandable. The lady at the counter pulled out a translator app, and everything that needed to be communicated got done without any hiccups. Quiet and clean. Customizable room service. The corridor air conditioning was pretty cold — not to my taste. All in all, I enjoyed my stay (2 nights).

実に気持ちの良い宿泊が出来ました。 朝食時、混雑していたためロビーで待つよう伝えられ、待ちました。中々呼ばれなかったので入り口のスタッフに申し出たところ、忘れられていたようでした。会場には9時過ぎてからの入場となり「ごゆっくりどうぞ」と言われ安心しました。でも間もなくして「9時半がラストオーダーになります」と席まで伝えにきて下さって「さっきのごゆっくりはどうなったのか？」と思いました。大浴場もとても良く施設全体が綺麗、静かで友人にも紹介しています。朝食の混雑時の待ち順の番号カードなどを利用されたら、私達のようなことはなくなると思います。
