It felt like a unique authentic African camping experience. The night sky was epic and the hot shower was a nice surprise. The campsite had been perfectly raked and great care was taken to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you to Rueben and Hansen for a great evening.

We had everything we needed, beautiful setting and area around the tent & around the lodge. We opted in for the dinner in the lodge, it was pricy, but had good choice and we even had a separate main course made for us as we are vegetarians. The manager was very friendly and had some nice short exchanges with him.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at recently. Exclusive, luxurious water villas with an exquisite sunset/ national park view. The staff went over and above to celebrate our 10th anniversary there. Their grand welcome and personal attention is unparalleled be it the food or service both were excellent. Its not property's fault. The internet in the rooms is flakey but very good in common area and public areas. Tracy is really really good. So is Oscar. Ask for both of them - they are gems of persons.

We have stayed at several Gondwana properties and found this to be the best so far. The location is beautiful with a lot space, out chalet was amazing (all recently renovated, along with the main building). The staff were very helpful and made extra effort to accommodate us. If you have the time, do a morning or evening boat ride to explore the river and see the banks of the national park on the other side.

People are very friendly and it is good value for money.
