10/10 Excellent

"Very clean and spacious room. Helpful and kind staff. Location is perfect, in the middle of the city, not far from the bus stop and train station. Generous breakfast in the morning. This is an old hotel, that has kept its charm and looks. But there are some downsides to it: the shower in my room was very weak. I don’t know if there is a link to it, but the wifi was also very slow. The pool area is really nice but it could be looked after better."

"A lovely boutique hotel with clean, comfortable, and well-designed rooms offering great views. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. However, dinner could be improved. If you opt for the half-board package, you are offered a limited, budget-style menu, while the à la carte menu comes at an additional cost. The dinner buffet is only available when the hotel is fully occupied. The real highlight of this hotel is its incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, always smiling, and extremely helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Interestingly, this level of friendliness and hospitality seems to be very common across all the hotels we have stayed at so far. Overall, a lovely hotel with wonderful staff, although the dinner arrangements could be more appealing for guests on a half-board package."
