We just enjoyed an anniversary weekend getaway at the Four Seasons. I think I would have to say we have not experienced better customer service - from every employee - in a very long time (ever?). We received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice - and employees called us by name at meals and around the pool. We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!). The property is very new and clean and shiny. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is positioned nicely in the shade of the tower.
