Great hotel amazing staff good location and value for money

Excellent. Comfortable and quiet. Great value for price.

The suites are spacious and well appointed. Ensuites for each bedroom plus a half bath! Wonderful for our family. The rooftop pool is contemporary and stylish. Very nice view and the jacuzzi is just lovely! Just be aware - no restaurants on the property

Staff try very hard. Since the hotel opened recently some staff lack some experience. Guests must be aware that alcohol is not served in this hotel.

We have been coming to the Ritz for little mini breaks when we don't have enough time to go anywhere further away. It was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and the hotel was fully booked. We were offered a cold towel and a delicious fruit drink at check-in, personally shown to our room by the wonderful Margarita (thank you!). We spent a near perfect 3 days and nights just laying around, swimming in and enjoying the temperature controlled (lovely cool water), shimmery, huge pool and ordering delicious...

Have stayed here when it was Kempinski. Now under a new management and name, this hotel has gone up a notch. The carpets still smell in the corridors, but the service and its staff have tremendously improved. Stay was excellent. Thankful to Jennifer at the front desk, and Anthony at concierge for their kindness and excellent help.

The hotel is only 5 month old, with all the amenities. Wifi works very well in the room. The mall is across the street, short two minute walk. It has been great.

Good location near a shopping mall and safe neighborhood. Cosy and spacious rooms with decent rates.

Outstanding. First quality for everything they use. For starters, an $1800 Jura coffee maker in our room, and I tell you, the best cup of coffee I ever made for myself! They spared no expense in materials, furniture, linens, chefs, door men. For location, if you're a souk shopper, this is ground zero! My longtime jeweler and tailor are now just a short 300feet away. And such a treat with free valet parking in this location too. Their rooftop bar/lounge/dining is impeccably decorated, not...

The service was the best I ever had!

The check in was fast though we arrived an hour earlier. The staff on the front desk were helpful . The room was as described in Expedia. The breakfast was OK though not many options.

Everything was top notch. Unfortunately gym and pool were not available yet, but given the hotel has just been open for a week it is understandable. Very accommodating staff!!!

The hotel is excellent and represent a real five star hotel with two observations that could be improved: - Concierge and valet parking is slow most if the time there is nobody around the door. - Buffet breakfast is not so good not enough choices and not very fresh.
