The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to be back.

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. Very attractive and pleasant hotel, best sleep out of many days of travel. Immediate environment not the best but overall very good.

Excellent views of mountains and marina. Impressive accessible bath and shower. Modern feel. Good breakfast. Clean. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location with great staff.

This is truly a resort property. It is gorgeous. The beach, the pools, and all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Love the bars and restaurant as well. Wonderful staff that was extremely helpful.

great place! you will need an international phone to get into main building, then know the code to get into the b and b. tricky but instructions are good. parking pass available from host, but you’ll never find a place - reserved ahead of time through parkmeter at the sas garage about 8 min walk. from there it’s a 20 min walk to the old town. our host josefina was incredible - very helpful and gave us a great breakfast in morning. even a to go one when we left early. rooms are comfortable, and...

Great location, two blocks from the beach and old city.

Stayed there for 2 nights, everything was great. Rooms are somewhat small, which is to be expected for compact city. The location is great, all main attractions are within walking distance, even for our 6 year old. Breakfast in the hotel is a very good deal ($3/person). The staff was very nice, too - gave us a lot of suggestions on what to see and where to have lunch/dinner.

This place was great! Everything was to the highest standard!

If you have been to a Best Western in the States, this is definitely not like that.
