Ahmed, front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Mattresses were so comfortable. Ronald, in the deki, went out if his way to make sure our orders were good. 5 star staff, great job hotel manager.

The only problem I had was that it was far away, but the hotel was in good condition!

An excellent place to stay, just out of the center (5/10 minutes away). The staff were incredibly friendly. All in all a very good stay.

Injust to comment on the receptionist on duty during our check out. She’s not that accommodating. I just failed to get her name. She’s not going to encourage guests to get back with that kind of attitude. Except that experience, overall it was great because of the facility is so clean and relaxing to sleep. Thanks.

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot the experience was good. The grounds were very clean and well kept, the entrance way was very clean, the lobby shined as did the people at the front desk. My son and I stayed for 4 nights, and it did not matter who was at the front desk, we were always treated to a warm smile and a big hi, we always felt welcome. We had a double king room, very spacious, beautiful view, and very clean. I usually have some trouble sleeping when in hotel...

Clean, newly renovated rooms.

The whole hotel and our room were very clean This is the first time we had to use our key card in the elevator first before selecting our floor. We parked underground but paid $40 a night. Ice machines were not on every floor. We were in the 9th floor and ice machines started on 4th and then every other floor. There were many restaurants with in walking distance.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HotelArts. The rooms were spacious and we got lucky with a city view. The night time view was incredible! The pool area was fun and really pumped up the vibe! I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is a remodeled motel with all the amenities. Everything was great.
