Great value for a super comfortable room! I couldn't get the wifi to work but my phone data was super fast. The shower was also very hot with great water pressure

The staff was amazing. I want to specifically mention Nina and Matthieu at the reception, they were kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner too, he was helpful and a very nice guy. The location of the hotel resort is great: not far from the RN7 at the entry of Antsirabe. The outside design of the bungalows looked very attractive. The interior design of the bungalow where we were is nice. The outside landscape of the resort is very amazing. There is a beautiful pool there....

This property has been open for a year, but I was only the second foreign guest to date. The location probably explains why, as it is deep inside a slum neighborhood with only dirt roads and lots of mud puddles. However, the saving grace is the hotel's management, who went above and beyond in providing excellent service. On the night we checked-in, torrential rain made it impossible to go out and get dinner. Newly built property in the centre of Antananarivo, close to all key offices. Hotel is full of light and the outside terrace is a big attraction. Food in the restaurant is excellent, and staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Gtand Urban offers great value for money, possibly the best value in town. The hotel is highly recommended for both business and leisure.

The property was very well located if you go on a business trip to Tana. And the hotel itself was modern, clean with a very friendly staff. Everybody was always smiling and ready to help. And they accept dogs which was very important to me.

My stay was PERFECT! The Hotel was PERFECT! The room had a beautiful view of the Cathedral. Very modern and as the name states, LUXURY, and it was! The 7th Floor Sky Bar had breathtaking views of the city and SUNSETS. The location was PERFECT! I still have a photo of the Staff to forward, however, the e-mail address given, did not work. Please supply one!
