This is the perfect resort to relax and rejuvenate! The staff takes excellent care of you and the property. The food is outstanding and we highly recommend selecting the half board option. It is WELL worth it. The pool is the best pool we have ever been in. Perfect distance to the beach as well … we did the pool after breakfast and the beach in the afternoon. The hotel provides beach bags with water and towels. I would stay at this property again and again!

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. Great rooftop restaurant, breakfast buffet, and view!

Great Hotel! We enjoyed the room, the pools, one of the better gyms offered at any hotel we've stayed in, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.

This resort was great! We asked for the buffet breakfast only and it was great with tables and tables of foods to choose from! We dined at the other available restaurants for dinners in the resort most of the time and found them to be wonderful as well. We asked for a balcony with a sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. There is no complementary transportation to the airport so we rented a car and found getting around the island was easy and touring by car over the mountains was much...

Very good te Parque Hotel Secotel. The staff always ready to help with every thing you can need. Breakfast a must and the restaurant wonderfull. The sorroundings very safe and clean. There is a bus station just 2 Blocks from the Hotel. The best choise cuality-price.

Great hotel, amazing room with a fantastic seaview. Good quality half board buffet. Excellent pools and pool bars. Great staff. The one let down was the tired old rule of long trousera for men in the restaurant. This really has to change, totally outdated. I understand why the rule was originally put in place (to keep up dress standards). The truth is now though that mamy men were in there wearing ill fitting, untidy jeans and even tracksuit bottoms with old trainers or flip flops. Whilst...

Great location for bus, beach, and cruise port

Staff very very helpful with storing our luggage and helping us get around the city on buses. Also arranged early morning taxi to airport!! Thank you so much for a short but lovely stay!

Amazing view over the ocean from the 11th floor

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service.
