This is the perfect resort to relax and rejuvenate! The staff takes excellent care of you and the property. The food is outstanding and we highly recommend selecting the half board option. It is WELL worth it. The pool is the best pool we have ever been in. Perfect distance to the beach as well … we did the pool after breakfast and the beach in the afternoon. The hotel provides beach bags with water and towels. I would stay at this property again and again!

The staff was extremely helpful from our arrival to departure. Everyone was pleasant to interact with, and the grounds were very well kept.

Very good te Parque Hotel Secotel. The staff always ready to help with every thing you can need. Breakfast a must and the restaurant wonderfull. The sorroundings very safe and clean. There is a bus station just 2 Blocks from the Hotel. The best choise cuality-price.

This resort was great! We asked for the buffet breakfast only and it was great with tables and tables of foods to choose from! We dined at the other available restaurants for dinners in the resort most of the time and found them to be wonderful as well. We asked for a balcony with a sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. There is no complementary transportation to the airport so we rented a car and found getting around the island was easy and touring by car over the mountains was much...

Wonderful stay for my husband and I as well as out 2 young children. Very memorable vacation! Resort has excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Staff at the spa were not so friendly but otherwise excellent experience!

Nice hotel with wonderful service and a beautiful view. The staff was very kind, hard working, and helpful. The price for half board was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it. The same can be said about the hot stone massage at the hotel spa. We were very happy with our stay here, and in fact spent most of our time on the island at the hotel.

Great location, right next to the cathedral, walking distance to stores and restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stayed at Masanet Hotel.

A great 5 star hotel in a magical destination. The hotel is in a great position near the dunes and we were in ocean view room. The room was modern and large with a great bathroom. The balcony had an amazing view and is very quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Especially at the pool bar, the buffet and at reception. Great location for bus, beach, and cruise port

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Also, people would put their towels down and leave for hours, which was aggravating. The proximity to Playa Inglés was spectacular and we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. Beware of the...

Great stay overall

Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks.
