The hotel is located in a very quite pretty street walking distance to everything. The hotel staff is the very best and extremely helpful . They also have a great breakfast!!! Definitely a place to return !!!

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

Just a short ride away from Cartagena, this hotel is in a premium location in Barú. The hotel staff was excellent and food was great. The facilities are superb. A great place to visit and relax.

A new facility opened only 25 days before our arrival, the hotel combined two colonial-era houses with a courtyard between them. We stayed in a corner Grand Suite! It was spacious, beautiful, equipped like an apartment, had 2 bathrooms and most of all it had the most amazing views, EVEN FROM THE BATHROOM!!! The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool bar and enjoyed sitting poolside listen to the DJ, eating the delicious wings and sipping on a cocktail! My recent stay at the Hotel Casa Don Luis By Faranda Boutique in Cartagena was truly wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. And the food was absolutely delicious – a real highlight of my visit! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Cartagena.

Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

The fact is that I missed my flight on Monday January 13th, 2024 and couldn’t make it to this hotel until Tuesday, I called that Monday to advise of the issue and was given 3/4 of what I spent for that Monday in credit to use at the rooftop bar… That is excellent customer service! From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much, but as soon as I walked inside and was greeted by an incredible staff at the desk, I started liking this place right away. Great staff! It's a very charming combination of two old casas that are tastefully merged together. Combines modern conveniences with old world charm. The breakfasts are lovely, with comfort foods and also Colombian specialties, handmade in their kitchen, fresh everyday. Loved our stay!
