This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. Special thanks to Erick , Adonis , luis, and Lisa thanks for your hospitality it made my stay even more special!

Staff was AMAZING!! Definitely went above and beyond! The manager Mr. Sheik Rojas was very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay extremely memorable especially for my fiancé's BDAY. Will definitely be back. Hotel is safe and in the heart of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it can be loud at night but we love to people watch and so it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep. For me this was in the perfect location, a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Some people complain the room is too small but it is absolutely fine. There's plenty of room to set your bags down and hang your clothes.

My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.

My friend and I really liked the hotel and room. Cleanliness is important to us, and the rooms were really clean. We checked for bed bugs, and clean too! :) The staff was really friendly, the bell boys, are really polite and attentive. The hotel went out of their way in many ways. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola! Couldn't be happier with our choice this year. We normally stay at one of the luxury hotels in town but it was not available during our travel dates, so we decided to stay at Casa Lola and had the most amazing experience. Loved the decor, food, and service. We will definitely go back next year!

I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel! The room was comfortable, had air conditioning, hot water, and tv. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was WONDERFUL! It was quiet at night. There are Some restaurants nearby, and you can either walk it take a taxi to the historical center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Area around the hotel could use more security. More police. Don’t bother going to the beach- you’ll be swarmed by every local there trying to make a quick buck. I say to everyone order Ubers not yellow cabs. And have them pull right into the hotels front lobby. The food is pretty mid. Friendly staff at least. Attentive. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

As a first time to Columbia traveler safety was a huge concern, I never felt more safe than when I was here. The kitchen staff made me feel at home. Look for Jimmy he is always smiling and willing to help. The front desk is very accommodating. As an English speaker with limited Spanish the front desk always found a way to make it work. Excellent and well maintained property. I didn't like that is was too isolated. and the beach is too far.
