We could not have been happier with Casa Claver Hotel. The hotel is a small beautiful boutique hotel located in the walled city. The hotel is so pretty. Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

Staff was AMAZING!! Definitely went above and beyond! The manager Mr. Sheik Rojas was very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay extremely memorable especially for my fiancé's BDAY. Will definitely be back. Hotel is safe and in the heart of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it can be loud at night but we love to people watch and so it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep.
