From an extremely helpful and friendly receptionist, Osama to lovely team serving an exceptional breakfast, all staff contributed to a great stay at this wonderful property. Definitely coming back to this amazing hotel!

The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Great little escape to find for relaxation.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Great location, steps from the main train station. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Restaurant next door was great!

I recommend getting a room in the main building if possible. I was in a side building with no elevator, and with some physical issues I had, it was difficult to carry my bags. The restaurant was excellent, and known for its grilled beef dishes. The hotel is conveniently located for bicycling along and into the nearby hills. It's also conveniently located for hiking. Staff at the front desk was a little blunt. I gave my address and she told me that it wasn't correct. It indeed was. Just assumed alot about us a foreigners. Rooms were super clean but plain. Breakfast was nice.

Everything was fine, a central location next to the water tower

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.

Great staff

Excellent hotel, staff was amazing and the room was great. We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of four in a heatwave and the rooms were air conditioned which was amazing. Restaurant was delicious, room service was painless and fast and the morning breakfast was fantastic.

The kitchen setup was excellent and with everything we needed for such a small space. The sauna is a big plus. Small fitness area is nice but a fill commercial treadmill would be a great addition, unless I messed it in one of the other rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.
