"Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame."

"When the waiters greet returning guests with hugs like long lost friends you know it's a special place! Couldn't fault a single thing, especially cleaning and food offering. One thing to note is I upgraded to a terrace room for the private sunbeds but the sun is the other side of the hotel for most of the day. Would request a room facing pool next time. "

"We had a nice room with balcony for 2 nights and 3 days. I took 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. At the time I visited I was lactating and I needed to pump. The fridge they had in the room spoiled ALL my milk! Because it was not cold at all. It was almost warm (yes we checked the thermostat). That was the worse thing I experienced. Breastmilk is liquid gold and I personally struggle with my supply. I had around 20oz of milk that I carefully carried from the plane overseas and once I transferred to their fridge overnight… it went completely bad. I cried so bad and made me regret choosing this hotel. 2. The A/C was also never cool. We were sweating at night. 3. The room service didn’t provide new towels, nor refilled the vanity items. They also didn’t take the night stand garbage, that was just standing there visible. I must say that I appreciated the help of Rosa from the restaurant who accepted taking my milk and store it in their professional refrigerator to save some oz. She was very nice, professional and caring. Thank you Rosa! I hope I get to see you again. The food from the breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The staff very attentive and helpful. "
