All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4.

The air conditioning was not sufficient....it was very hot to the point I had to request room change. It made no difference....apart from the lack of ac in the rooms, hotel is a bit old but to be fair. It is clean and has a nice ocean view, food wasn't good at all. I would look for another place to stay.

Nice place with very friendly staff at a rocky section of the coast. When you want to go swimming there is a nice outdoor pool. The food selection, both for breakfast and Dinner is outstanding - half board is recommended.

The service at the hotel was fantastic—we would rate it 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The service was excellent in every way. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The view from Sana was beautiful, and the spa also offered a lovely view. The only reason we gave 8/10 stars instead of 10 is that the spa was quite cold—we would have preferred it warmer. The room was also a bit chilly, and there were not enough pillows.

I stayed at the property at the end of May 2024 with a half board package. It was easy to find the hotel and they have additional off road parking that you may use if coming by car. The restaurant had great breakfasts and it lovely that the dinner options mostly rotated every evening, with fresh fish fillets and veggies being served every evening. The food quality was to a high standard. As a note, men are required to wear trousers for dinner to be allowed access into the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and were always helpful where required. The hotel room is a bit outdated but the room was very clean. The other facilities at the hotel were lovely, spa, sauna and steam rooms, pool and the lunch restaurant. The staff and guests cater to a lot of German tourists and as noted in a previous review, you may see a bit of nudity from other guests on their balconies.

The best thing about this hotel is the view and it is gorgeous! Property is very clean and well kept. I did like that it was adults only. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to lay out. This property is very isolated, there is not a beach nearby or restaurants within walking distance we felt mislead by this. We do not do all inclusive because we thought there were restaurants close by we could walk to and we don’t like to be locked in, not the case. With that being said, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Lots of choices. Would have been nice to have a menu to choose from as we don’t like heavy meals for dinner. Lunch is ala carte, lots of choices and food was really good. One day the special was paella and sangria, it was one of my favorites! Very flavorful. The rooms are HOT, even with the blackout curtain closed. No ventilation in bathroom so it adds to heat in the room. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax, this is the perfect property.

This hotel is a hidden gem and I highly recommend staying! My partner and I (we're in our early 30s) ended a three week trip here and it was a great place to relax before heading back to the US. Hotel staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed, and bonus - they all spoke 3-4 languages so communication was very easy. It's on the ocean, offers a large outdoor area with tons of lounge chairs, a saltwater pool, a grassy area with chairs, a "spa" area where you can either book massages or relax on your own with a view of the ocean. There's a sauna with an ocean view and it was perfect for the day it wasn't super warm because we could still enjoy the ocean view. There were a decent amount of guests during our stay but it never felt crowded. Very clean and quiet. The average age of guests was a bit older than us; mostly in their 50s/60s , but it was a great place to stay if you want somewhere clean, chill, and beautiful. Lastly, their food was great and they have a massive breakfast and dinner buffet every day. My partner and I both have food allergies and everything is labeled with all allergens, and they also offered to have the chef come out and make us whatever we needed. The only downside we had was that the rooms were just a bit outdated; the deck door did not have screens so we had some mosquitoes, and the pillows were very tiny. But overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.

I loved this hotel, it was exactly what I wanted for a short solo trip to Majorca. The check in at reception was fantastic (Albert, I think, served me, was very helpful and kind and gave me all the information I needed) as was the check out in the early hours of the morning. The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and beautiful sea views. Being adult only, it was very relaxing, with a good atmosphere but equally not a party hotel. I didn't explore much of the local area because I was only there for a few days and just wanted a lazy stay reading books and relaxing in the sun :-) but from what I saw, Cala Ratjada looked great, and there was a handy regular bus directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, and plenty of seating. I had a couple of spa treatments while I was there, which were fab and the staff member was lovely. The spa area itself I didn't use but it looked fantastic and clean and wasn't too busy. It would especially be a great thing to use if you were there in the cooler months. The pool bar menu was really good, and they had plenty of vegan options, which I was really impressed with. The whole hotel was really clean, including the room and there were all the amenities you could need. You also have direct access to the sea for swimming along with a small stone beach (if you wanted a 'proper' beach day there are plenty nearby, but it was brilliant to have so much on site without it being a massive impersonal hotel)
