A very pleasant stay at the Rius Hotel in Lviv. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and tidy, and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The room amenities were adequate.
The underground parking was fantastic and a real highlight for us. It’s very difficult to find underground parking in Lviv, so having it at the hotel is a big bonus when travelling by car. We would happily stay here again."
"Room are always incredibly clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff are always outgoing and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lviv. "
"Really classy place in one of the best areas of Lviv. There’s a great rooftop terrace, and the restaurant is good. Walkable, safe, clean, and a heck of a value for the money. ALL staff were so friendly and welcoming
I’ll be staying here on my next visit! "

Great place to stay on the square. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Being on the square afforded easy access(walking distance) to the sights in old part of the city.
Where to start? This hotel is in the perfect location with excellent rates, service, and everything you could want within walking distance. The rooms were such a pleasant surprise when we arrived. It was honestly the best night's sleep i had during the more than a month in Ukraine.
It's very safe to say that I've found my hotel when visiting Lviv from now on.
The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and relatively quiet compared to the area around it. The room was very large and comfortable.
Excellent service and amenities! Classy place. Staff spoke English also which was very helpful. They even helped arrange tours with a very nice tour guide for the city.
Convenient walking distance to all of Old Town. Very clean, rooms are spacious and well maintained. One note of caution for anyone that might lose track of time and stay out past midnight (curfew) the front desk is only open to buzz you in from 7am to 12am, sometimes there is someone there to let you in between 12-7am sometimes there isn't......
Clean modern hotel with gracious hosts. The included breakfast was good and the hotel is in a quiet part of town but only a 15 minute walk from city center. Had a payment mix up on check in but it was resolved in an expeditious manner. One of the better places to stay in Lviv.
Good hotel clean, only issue is parking. Anyone from the street parks at the hotel only parking which you never find a parking spot. The parking attendant should pay more attention to this. This is the only downside
Evrything around-shop,dining,downtown,food market, famouse Opera.Safe.Old city around you.Don't go to over pricy restourants.small cafe with speciality"german",austro-hungarian,galizian traditional are much better.Try lviv cafeterian with tradizional"kava" and paistries-the're super!
Friendly reception. Hotel still really breaths the Soviet style, but is in a relatively good condition. So quite interesting. Good bed, shower and clean room. So no problem there. We were traveling with a dog and although their policy is to not allow big dogs, they didn’t make a problem for our medium sized Aussie. Parking was free and also no extra charge for the dog. Only remark would be that they don’t have airco and we were staying there in the middle of a heatwave. While booking, I didn’t...
