This is a really nice place right in the center of town. My room was bright and airy. It was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. At checkout, there was even a $2 mistake they made and I was contacted immediately with an apology. For $2? The staff is great. Oh and by the way, they're dealing with a mess right now. Their professionalism is fantastic. I hope to see you all again soon. Hopefully in peace time.

Room was crafted by very thoughtful, meticulous, and experienced architects / builders. A **** work of art. Staff were plentiful, on-task, and friendly. Thermometer resisted adjustment, but that won't keep me from staying there again when I return in a few months.

We already had high expectations, but were still positively surprised. A lot of thoughts have been put into details, for example there are no plastic bottles, but instead a machine to get filtered water any time. Our room was very clean and well designed, we were sad to leave it in the end.

Perfect hotel for exploring Lviv

Had a wonderful stay the first time with my mum and returned for another stay with my partner. The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring the city. I love the simple and elegant decor, staff are always friendly and helpful, room temperature always spot on (no matter the weather). Breakfast in bed was delicious (takeaway packaging has its charm too). There is water cooler on each floor. Toiletries smelt amazing and were eco friendly. I can’t recommend a better hotel with such a perfect location and reasonable price. Will be staying again and again!

Great place right in the heart of Lviv, with easy tram access from the central railway station (the tram stops right outside the hotel). The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well maintained. They also collaborate with the Ukrainian cosmetics brand Poetry Home, so all the toiletries smell wonderful. We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely be back thanks to its excellent location and facilities. The only downside is the lack of a lift, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs. That said, it hasn’t been an issue for us.
