Oshima District Hotels

This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

Beautiful views. We had a nice room with a great view of the water. Gorgeous sunset views. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

A unique hotel made of shipping containers placed side by side in a parking lot. Very efficient, clean, and well maintained.

Curious community, but everyone is friendly if you have the chance to talk to them in Japanese.

I stayed two nights at the Green Rich Hotel in Iwakuni. The reception staff was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there were two different types of pillows for my comfort. I appreciate hotels that require you to dock your key to turn on the electricity in the room-- helps me not to lose the key and it's also more energy-efficient and better for the environment. Excellent service, location and lovely rooms. Enjoyed our stay.

We are traveling in the Shikoku Rail pass, the walk to the hotel from Goro station was about 20. We used a bus and taxis to get into Iyo Ozu town. The area around the hotel has built up afoind the interchange so s good vsriety if shops and restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were a bit small for two but workable. Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.

A beautiful and modern hotel very close to all the attractions in Matsuyama. Great service, clean and specious! 7th and 8th floor of a large shopping plaza where you will find everything you need!

Very nice ryokan near shopping, tourist spots, and next to Dogo Onsen.

MAP was wrong, wrong, wrong! I used Safari It looks like hotel is RIGHT across the street from Dogo Onsen. This is the only reason I chose this hotel. It is not there, but 3-400 meters away. Hotel itself was great. Staff were very nice.

Its a bit far from the station, so the location is not convenient. This hotel is not the typical APA hotel. Its purchased from previous ower. The rooms are not the usual APA standard.
