This is a beautiful peaceful forest resort nestled in a rural forest like area not too far from Sigiriya fort, Dambulla cave temple and Minneriya national park, which were the three attractions we saw in the area. The resort has a great spread of both international and local options breakfast and dinner buffet on weekdays and lunch buffet too on Fridays and Saturdays. Maya was very nice. Property is well maintained. If you want to stay in more nature vibe definitely recommend.

You need to know that alcohol is NOT AVAILABLE. They don't mention it when booking.

We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The cabins are very clean and well furnished. The garden is amazing. The staff are so nice and the breakfast is delicious.

Great staff who made my trip to Sigiriya an excellent one. Location is good - quiet, but still close to where you want to be. Nice breakfast both mornings.

We came to stay just for the bed. The staff were amazing and generous. Very accommodating. They organised tuktuk for Sigiriya Rock and Cave Temple and were willing to help in every possible way. Good food recommendations. Sadly we didn't get time for the pool which looked so inviting

We loved this hotel! We spent 2 nights in the tree house and could not have been happier with our choice. The staff were amazing- incredibly accommodating and caring. They made sure we had a fantastic stay. Food was amazingly good. The tree house was killer- literally monkey's running in the trees at your eye level and very private! Bathroom was straight out of a magainze - the outdoor shower has a tree growing in it! A note on the tree house- the second night there were dogs from the local...

This property was our first stop in Sri Lanka. The staff were amazing and helpful. It is very close to the Sigiriya fortress.

My two nights at this resort were lovely! The whole staff was quite nice and delightful. The rooms were large and the breakfast was by far the best I had in my two weeks in Sri Lanka.

Clean and spacious room and the staff were very accommodating and helped me with tuk tuk rides and offered helpful tips for dining and climbing Sigiriya Rock.

Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested.
