"Breakfast need to start earlier. If room comes with breakfast option, then, there should be a free option for a takeaway breakfast if the restaurant is not opened early enough.
The attached shopping mall is boring. So being attached to a shopping mall is no longer an attraction.

"Came in late night and just want to go up and rest and had to endure a staff mansplaining loads of unnecssary things.
Car park space is very limited...
Room condition is so old.. toilet seats coming apart.. not even the right size for the bowl. Wall paper coming apart.
Paint job drips on the floor not even removed.
You get a feeling nobody cares about your room so I wonder if they cared to clean the pillow and bedsheets properly.
Only reason to sleep over is I'm too tired after a long drive. "
