"The property should upgrade their facilities. Pay attention on cleanliness (eg: mug, linen, fridge, pool area)"

"Our stay at Pangkor Laut Resort was a dream come true. From our sea villa to the water of Emerald Beach everything was perfect. The staff at Pangkor Laut Resort are especially welcoming, and the service we had at the three restaurants was of top quality as was the food!"

"For the price it worth it "

"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."

"The hotel is well maintained, food price at hotel restaurant is quite affordable, and they can send it to your room. Room is clean and comfortable, just the TV got only a few channel. Other than that its good"

"Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"All Good Good Good Services"

"Great location Complete hotel facilities, including pool with the best views "

"We were not issued Any towels There's no place to sit And, the room smelled musky"

"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...

"Recommended for big families and clean room comfortable stay."

"It’s a great place for family vacation and stay.."

"THE HOTEL QUITE OK, BUT HOTEL.COM CHARGED ME VERY, VERY UNREASONABLE PRICE, YOU CHARGED ME RM 918.00 COMPARE TO RM 762.00 IF I DEAL DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL, AND YOU MADE ME CONFUSE COZ U CHARGE ME IN US DOLLAR, WHEREAS I THOUGHT IN RM. I WILL NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY NEXT TIME. "

"The place looks dodgy. Counter no staff manning. Have to wait for long time for staff to appear. Lobby aircond & lights are off. Aircond in my room not cold. Phone no one answering. Not recomended."

"Very nice place to stay with sea view room. Will visit again!"

"The room was okay, chalet is very near to the beach. Location wise is a good choice. No breakfast due to CMCO but easy to find foods nearby. "
