We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious . All cold foods but healthy and appetizing. Coffee was excellent. No coffee maker or wet bar in the room, though. No pool or spa, limited amenities but lovely large rooms, comfortable beds and view of the river and mountains. Very quiet.

Our stay at the Alpine Sacher Resort was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The resort is so quaint and charming, with the most beautiful Bavarian feel that made everything feel warm, cozy, and luxurious all at once. This is an incredibly charming, elegant old world hotel. The setting is glorious, within walking distance to the town of Kitzbühel and close to many fantastic trails for all levels of hiking. The breakfast buffet was varied and bountiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was wonderful. The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available. We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer.
