Very nice hotel surrounded by restaurants, the rooms and it’s facilities were very nice and the customer service excellent.

The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well....

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The customer service was the best, especially Hank who was so attentive to our every needs! Big shot out to Hank!

The quality and comfort of the room exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly. Although staff English speaking skill is limited, they were helpful showing dining options.

I stayed in this hotel because it was one of the "official" hotels for a show in the International Expo Center in Wuhan, and offered a free 20-30 min shuttle to to show, however, its not 20-30 minutes, but about 60-75 minutes. Its also far away from the airport, about 45-50 min by taxi. So consider this if you are visiting Wuhan for a show. Other than this, the hotel its great. The staff were really helpful, especially in the hospitality department. Mr Feng helped me connect to the WIFI and answered many questions.

The hotel is a little bit old but very well kept. The room is very clean and everything in the room is work.

Super nice experience, when I arrived is earlier then the normal check in time, the front desk guy is super sweet offer me free tea and dessert at the lounge area with phenomenal river view while I’m waiting for them to get my room ready. room is clean and quiet!! Very nice stay, love Wuhan this city and if I go back will definitely pick this hotel again ! Good location too ,easy to get to places I want to visit.

I had a very good experience staying at The Dorsett Hotel. The bed was comfortable with different kinds of pillow softness/firmness, a nice comfortable chair to sit on, internet worked well, the shower was excellent with wide nozzle, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had good variety and the food was tasty, and there were many stores, shopping, and restaurants (including a Starbucks 2 blocks away!) right near the hotel...and the subway entrance was only a five minute...
