Hubei Hotels

Very nice hotel surrounded by restaurants, the rooms and it’s facilities were very nice and the customer service excellent.

This is one of the nicest cleanest hotels I’ve ever been. I’ve paid more for less. I would suggest this over a $500+ hotel in Austin or the “nice” hotel I stayed in Shanghai. Xiangyang was a nice city with plenty to do.

Loved everything about this hotel, new, clean , amenities, breakfast buffet and Westin’s signature bed and beddings!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The customer service was the best, especially Hank who was so attentive to our every needs! Big shot out to Hank!

The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well....

it's a good place to make people comfortable.

Clean and friendly staff able to communicate in English

Excellent Service

Very good

great location

Very nice stay. Service level of their Chinese Restaurant was high. Staff esp. the lady Mary Li provided professional service in recommending dishes diligently. Very proactive in serving customers.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, even included a washing machine, and best of all right outside the station for the line 6 metro

Perfect

This is my second time at this hotel and I love it. I continue to be amazed of the great service, professional staff and fantastic location. They're doing something right!
