Quite Traditional 5 stars hotel, which is good to me , my wife and I enjoyed the stay very much. Staffs were all very helpful when we required some stuffs such as bottle waters, eye masks... Room is comfortable too . TV size is not big , and location is funny ,but it’s ok to us. the only problem was while I checked out , the manager refused me to collect Hyatt points due to I booked by hotel.com,even I showed her one week ago I just collected points at Hyatt SH, she showed me the attitude that she doesn’t care and asked me to complain at Hyatt app if I had trouble on this...
