The Hulbert House is the best place I have ever stayed. The property itself is gorgeous and its location perfect. But what made this place so special was the staff. My friend and I had just come off a Viking cruise, where half the staff and passengers, including us, became sick with a respiratory illness. On arrival the staff anticipated our every need, before we knew we had them. They brought ginger tea and honey to our rooms as we settled in. They then made dinner reservations for us and...

Our stay at Headwaters Eco Lodge was truly one of the most special experiences of our trip. From the wonderful staff to the incredible care and thought put into every detail of the design, everything felt so intentional, beautifully done, and well cared for. Their genuine commitment to the environment and what they're creating is inspiring, and it's even more impressive to see it executed with such quality and attention to detail.

Our stay at Stoneridge was just amazing. We were greeted with cheese platter and wine which was really nice as we were hungry. :) We stayed at the Arrow suite which has a lap pool right in front. Very clean and nice room with complimentary beer, milk and soft drinks. The property has a vineyard too which is great and it is an amazing place to take some awesome photographs. The room has a good view of Lake Hayes and the mountains. The service is great. There is also a hot tub you can use which...

We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

Gorgeous, breathtaking views no matter where you look. Stunning views of the lake and the mountains can be seen from your bed, the couch, and even from the tub in the bathroom. A private patio surrounds you in serene landscapes and lovely sounds and allows you to totally escape and leave all your worries behind. The staff is so friendly. From the moment we pulled up, they made sure our bags made it to our room immediately and they helped us book all our activities right away based on the...

We have stayed here several times before, and this time was just as good. A lovely peaceful and relaxing spot, with luxurious villas. Our only grizzle was the lack of a nespresso machine in the villa. These days it feels like a glaring omission and any other equivilant five star property would have one.

The hotel is very well located, the person in the front desk was very kind ( Blonde and tall ), excellent service, I thought the price was high but it is worth it.
We were in our honeymoon and this hotel was an exceptional choice

We stayed at the Queenstown Boutique Hotel while visiting New Zealand on our Honeymoon in November. The hotel is very centrally located which was important to us as we didn't have a car while in Queenstown. The staff are so friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and other things to do in the area. The free happy hour is nice added bonus at the end of each day.

I’ve traveled extensively and this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. The rooms are stunning. The whole hotel is stunning. There was a separate toilet and then a shower with sink that could be closed off with opaque glass doors. High quality amenities like Nespresso, slippers are robes. Truly an outstanding experience.

Wow, what a lovely hotel! The location couldn’t be beat - we walked everywhere with the gorgeous lake in front, the gardens to the left, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The free valet parking was easy to use, but we really didn’t need a car. The hotel itself is historic but comfortably luxurious with high ceilings and oozing character. We enjoyed the lovely parlor, which is a living room open to the small cadre of guests staying at any particular time (there are only 5 rooms in the main...

I don't need to say much about this amazing hotel. The location is incredibly convenient to downtown Queenstown. You can walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife. All of the staff are attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in had a top-notch bed and luxurious sheets. The floors in the bathroom are heated, as is the towel rack. There was a TV in the bathroom for the tub area. It isn't the cheapest hotel in town, but for the price it is worth it and then some.
