One of my favorite places I've ever stayed at. The owners are incredible and the love they have for the place shows. Wonderful rooms with kitchenette, little coffees and teas, and a free laundry! Cute little playground, washing line, bbq available, and the most gorgeous grounds complete with flowers. The owners helped with navigating nearby and answered any questions I had, especially not having a car. 10/10!

Nice and peaceful location. Mostly heard birds chirping as the main sound. Clean and has shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. The stand alone bathroom had no hand soap, which was a bit odd. Has two different laundry and dryer locations on the property that are coin operated, you need to bring your own laundry soap which we had to go to the grocery store to purchase. Sleeps up to 8 people. Each bed had a heated blanket if needed (not sure about the fold out couch because we didn't use...

Great little boutique motel in Ashburton. The host greeted me and showed me the room. The room has already had heat pump on which was great for the cold night. You have all amenities and then some like nespresso gusto machine. The thing that surprised me was the ropes in the wardrobe, just like in hotels. A good touch I think. We had a wee glitch at night where the TV turned itself back on every 2-3hrs. I have let the host know at the checkout in the morning.However, the bed and pillows...
