BreakFree on Cashel Christchurch
"Travel to Christchurch bi-monthly on Thursdays for work, stay at the Commodore for first night (work pays). Then I stay the weekend at the Ramada. Last week I couldn't get into the Ramada on Tuam. So booked in at the Breakfree. I was pleasantly surprised. Dbl bed, internal glass corner bathroom. Bed very comfortable, and pitch black when lights are off as no windows. Great shower and good linen and towels stayed 3 nights. Right in town so walking distance to CBD, Arts preccinct, great food selection and Riverside markets. I ate out 3 days for breakfast, so can't comment on buffet breakfast. Looks good and will try it next time. Staff friendly and housekeeping. Highly reccommend this jem."

Southwark Hotel & Apartments
"Beautiful new apartments. We had a twin room with one of the only balconies, overlooking the courtyard garden. Very clean & well appointed, even a double headed showers. Courtyard had bean bags to enjoy the sun & quiet along with Ring Toss & Connect 4 games ... a bit of fun!. Also attached to my new favourite cafe, "Unknown Chapter Coffee Roasters". Amazing, menu & cabinet food & coffee!. That was a bonus!"

Christchurch City Hotel
"Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. The lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating with all of our many questions. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The rooms are very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. We really didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities but we did check out the rooftop bar. Very nice. Since we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast opened, the hotel delivered a cold boxed meal to us the night before. Highly recommend this hotel!"
