This place is immaculate. I took my fiancee here for her Birthday as we were in town to see the Backstreet Boys and visit friends. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lincoln. Everyone was helpful, polite, respectful, and positive. The room was clean and comfortable (although a bit outdated). The hotel was close to all sorts of activities and food businesses. We ate at the Americano Restaurant and it was good, very convenient.

Had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Room was clean, quiet, staff was friendly, location close to many restaurants and close to Michigan Ave. Also their breakfast was very good. Really a great hotel, will be staying here again.

I was traveling with two 14 year olds on a business/vacation trip and we stayed here for five days. The location is great. I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the major attractions and downtown, and safe for the boys to walk around on their own. We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. We loved that we we had 2 separate bedrooms for everyone in our group in one hotel room. And all for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good. Great extra perk! Great location.

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. I was placed in a room. Where constructoon was going on outside. I had planned to sleep in, but at 715 the sound of a jack hanmer woke me up.
