One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

We would highly recommend the Kimpton Monaco to anyone and would absolutely love to stay here if we returned to Seattle! The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal to walk anywhere in the city, and using the light rail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the extra surprise of wine hour, and were delighted with the Harbor Cruise and restaurant vouchers. Even without the unexpected extras, we loved this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check out was a bit crazy as the cruises were coming in as we were leaving. That is understandable. The parking is incredibly easy in this location! It was super!

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. Keep in mind that in Seattle WA. Paying for parking is a must. The hotel charges you $64.00 a night for parking. Or parking in the street, if you find any, is from before 8 am, after 8 pm.

Exceptional stay. The check-in set the expectation at tops, and the rest of the stay held form. By 6am, the attached pics share what they bring to your floor. Hot coffee and breakfast snacks delivered before you even got to the elevator.

My stay was different since president was staying at the hotel the same days, so there were inconveniences due to that (being unable to get an Uber at the hotel and having to walk several blocks, standing in line to go through metal detector every time I walked in the lobby). But staff was so helpful, bed super comfy. The place seemed a little run down (carpet coming up at edges, etc) but was very clean. 5-6 minute walk to Westlake Station.

Its cozy and peaceful environment, parking was not the best.. had to walk far to get back inside the hotel. Overall its great stay.

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

Great location and prices on rooms

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!
