We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned." Highly recommend it!

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. Exceptional stay. The check-in set the expectation at tops, and the rest of the stay held form. By 6am, the attached pics share what they bring to your floor. Hot coffee and breakfast snacks delivered before you even got to the elevator.

5-6 minute walk to Westlake Station.

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. Keep in mind that in Seattle WA. Paying for parking is a must. The hotel charges you $64.00 a night for parking. Or parking in the street, if you find any, is from before 8 am, after 8 pm.

My stay was different since president was staying at the hotel the same days, so there were inconveniences due to that (being unable to get an Uber at the hotel and having to walk several blocks, standing in line to go through metal detector every time I walked in the lobby). Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. It is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly. I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics. Defiantly recommend this place!

What an amazing experience we had at The Edgewater! The staff was so incredibly friendly. We ate at Six Seven and the food was phenomenal. We stayed there because it was convenient to the cruise port. We will DEFINITELY return!

My son and I stayed here during a visit to University of Washington. The location was fantastic - easy walk to campus and to public transportation to go downtown. Parking was easy, and the beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable. I was very happy with our stay!

Great stay, staff were awesome. Comfortable room. Easy walk to airport if you're traveling light, and to light rail station.
