The room was very nice, big ( premium) and clean. I was quite happy about my stay until there was an error in my bill. When called the next day the front desk person ( she said she was the manager) threatened to hang up and eventually did. As a frequent traveler I never seen anyone that rude in hotel business. The other front desk staff was much nicer, eventually resolved it, but management is unfortunately sub bar in this otherwise nice hotel. Also they never mentioned about the extra perks, like wine hour or credit in restaurant at check-in. I just found out when happened to get a couple of items in the coffee shop. Unfortunate turn in otherwise nice trip to Seattle.

Very comfortable although small room. King bed was comfortable. Even though you're in the middle of downtown the property is very quiet and relaxing. Dinner at Rider is excellent. Will definitely be staying here again when traveling to Seattle.

Very clean, cozy room. Bed was very comfortable. Small wardrobe but it did the job for a long weekend. No counter space in the bathroom, only 1 shelf. Room was very quiet and I didn’t hear traffic or other guests moving around.
