This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, just across ABC Mall, 3-4 minutes walk to Goodies Supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself has a shopping mall and food shops in its ground floor and basement, and it has an elevator and escalator thus making access to these facilities easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very nice and made sure I had all what I needed.
This was a great high-end boutique hotel that has a small but cute rooftop pool and terrace great for grabbing a quick drink. We had an issue with the room, but hotel management quickly fixed the issue and was resolved in a positive manner. Location is near downtown, but you will need a taxi or be okay with at least a 10-minute walk to the shopping area.
Stayed at Midtown this February 2015. I read earlier posts on Hotel and was a bit concerned. Apparently there has been a recent change in ownership. The new Management is trying to address all the previous concerns. I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was rich and diversified. Staff were very helpful. Clean hotel, comfort room. Location is great with easy access to most of Beirut attractions. Staff are helpful and professional, always smiling and offering the support.
The Manager Khalil was really wonderful tending to all my needs also the front desk throughout the shifts were gentle and genuine in their willingness to help whenever I had requests. Jack was really entertaining in the different languages he speaks. Very friendly staff!!!!!
