"One of the reasons I booked was for the roof top deck. Unfortunately, there was not a posted schedule for when the deck was open, it was not open during my stay. It was one of the main selling points for me. They should be more clear in the advertising , as it was disappointing."

"Great location with very convenient parking. We picked it to be close to everything in downtown Memphis and it was just that. Be careful as it is so close to Beale street that the noise At night might disturb you. We loved it. Only issue was the desk personnel communicated badly about when our room would be ready. That person was the exception as the rest of our stay was great."

"The central station hotel is fantastic! It’s a great location in Memphis. It also has great on site restaurants and bar. However, Expedia did a poor job as a third party. They did not have the right card information for the hotel so our payment did not go through. It was so difficult to get a hold of customer service at Expedia as well."
