This hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great with a supermarket close by if needed. We were lucky enough to have a high floor overlooking the Mississippi river and the bridge. We did not experience any noise from Beale Street and took the opportunity to visit the rooftop bar which had fantastic views. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for having us.

Everything is old, dirty floors/carpet stained, filthy. Run down elevators. Run down room (I got a king suite!) mold in the shower. The ceiling is disgusting (I slept wrapped in my own blanket with my head and feet tucked in) . Couch and chair in the living room, horrible. Friendly staff though.
