"We had a lovely 1 bedroom suite, it was well laid out and comfortable. We ran out of tea bags but reception staff quickly replaced them when asked. The location close for trams and the river. We went swimming and found you couldn't get into the shower cubicle and close the glass door! So you had to change in either the toilet or hope nobody came into the area. Laundry was clean and functional. Apart from that we would recommend it."

"Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. One lift was out of order, but it didn't disturb us too much. Gym is good size, pool is nice and sauna was a good add-on. The room was a good size and bed comfortable but the pillows are way too soft (felt cheap). Also the bathroom amenities are very limited: just a shampoo and conditionner. Would have liked bodywash and lotion (pretty standard these days). It was pretty quiet, too. It's about 6min walk from Souther Cross station."
