"The photos of the hotel room look spectacular and I tried to manage my expectations. But the moment I opened the door, I was in awe by the spacious room and great ocean view. It is way better in person! Staff are friendly and professional. Location is great, with many dining options nearby. Shuttle buses run frequently to airport and duty-free store/shopping street. I'd love to stay again! "

"I am impressed with the level of care my mom received during the stay. They rented a wheel chair for my mom with difficulty walking. Additionally the valet parked the car without any prompt. This was my second stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the terrace was wonderful. I had a meal at Peninsular Bar and Lounge. While it was not cheap, it was comparable to what you would end up paying at restaurants in Jeju. More importantly the quality was top notch. I would definitely stay there again."
