"Hotel is beautiful and historic. Rooms are nice. However staff is neutral, not unfriendly but not friendly either. The friendliest staff were the parking attendants. No welcome and no engagement at all. Just "sign here" when checking in. Unusual for Turkey which is known for its friendly hospitable people.
